At Premier Community Association Management, we have a rigorous pre-screening process for all of our contractors, suppliers, and vendors. This process ensures that we provide all of our communities and HOAs with only the best, most reliable contractors and services. When working with PCAM, you will first need to read through our detailed bid specifications. Next, you will complete all of the necessary paperwork and go through the pre-screening process. If approved, you will be listed as an approved vendor and eligible for contracts and payment for goods and/or services performed.

Pre-Screening Documentation

To start the pre-screening process and be eligible for inclusion on our contractor, vendor, and supplier list, please submit the following paperwork:

  • W-9 Request for Taxpayer Number and Certification
  • Copy of your Delaware Business License
  • Copy of your Liability Insurance Certificate from your Insurance Provider. We require our contractor partners to have a minimum of $1,000,000.00 in liability coverage.
  • A current Workers Compensation Certificate if applicable depending on size of business.

The Approval Process

Once you complete and submit all of your documents, we will notify you of your status within two weeks of submission. We look forward to working with you to manage all of our Delaware HOA communities. We set such high standards for all of our vendors so that our condo management and HOA communities can feel comfortable working with all of our preferred contractors. The ultimate decision on contractors or vendors will be made by our Associations, even though we provide recommended vendors.
